Leadership
Eric S. Blaylock is a founder and managing partner at SHCP, a boutique business advisory firm that delivers human capital strategy, business advisory, and technology outcomes for commercial and government clients.
A seasoned business consultant, independent board member, and educator, Eric founded the company with a singular mission: to enable organizations to ideate, learn, mature, and consistently grow and evolve.
He is a former executive and senior business consultant at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he served as the Digital Enterprise Transformation Lead Business Consultant for North America Technology Business.
Prior to his term at TCS, Eric delivered transformational human capital solution services and products to some of the world’s largest financial services organizations as a senior HCM Technology Solution Executive at Microsoft.
Additionally, he has held senior consulting roles at Accenture, IBM, and Booz Allen Hamilton. He also served as a Board member at Greater Greater Washington, a leading journalistic and public policy advocacy organization that aims to advance equity in housing and transportation outcomes in and around the Washington, DC metro area.
Eric earned degrees from the University of Tennessee and Johns Hopkins University and continuing education certifications from the Wharton Business School.
